Regulatory status
Onramp MENA is the trading name for an entity intended to be incorporated as a Bahraini closed joint stock company (B.S.C. (Closed)). The firm is not currently authorised to provide regulated crypto-asset services in any jurisdiction. The firm intends to apply to the Central Bank of Bahrain for a Category-2 Crypto-Asset Service Provider licence under CBB Rulebook Volume 6 (Crypto-Asset Module). Authorisation has not been granted at the time of publication and there is no assurance it will be granted in the form contemplated.
